BOXING/WRAPPING We brown paper wrap items for shipping if you choose parcel post shipping. Brown paper wrapping is just that--the item wrapped in brown paper only (no additional bubble wrap or protection). We recommend this service only if you do not care about the outer boxing of the item. If you would like your item boxed, you MUST purchase priority mail shipping.

Negative feedback is take very seriously and reserved only for those who either do not pay or who are extremely rude and unprofessional. If you feel that you must leave us negative feedback, we encourage you to please contact us first. We believe in satisfying every customer and will do our best to make the situation right within the terms of our policy.
CONTACT All contact is made to the e-mail address you provided to e-Bay. We will send you a Shipping Notification with the date the item was shipped and the delivery confirmation number (for items shipped in the US). You can either call 1-800-222-1811 or go to www.usps.com and enter your number in 'track & confirm.'
SHIPPING TIME We do our best to ship items out within 3 business days of payment (not counting the day paid). In many cases, items are shipped the next day. Some items (such as very large or exceptionally fragile) may take up to 5 business days to be shipped to ensure proper packing.
SHIPPING METHOD We use USPS Parcel Post or Priority mail within the US. Occasionally we will offer media mail if the item warrants. Please see shipping options in the listing. We do not ship any other method. Outside the US, please contact us prior to bidding for an exact shipping quote. Out of country is shipped either USPS Economy (4-6 week delivery time) or USPS Airmail (4-10 day delivery time). We will offer both options (economy or air) in the invoice. Please choose your shipping speed and add to the price of the item. There are no tracking numbers for out of country purchases.
PAYMENT Is due within 5 days of auction end if you are paying with Paypal. If you have a problem with the payment time frame above, please contact us and we may be able to work with you. Items not paid for in the time frame above are re-listed and e-Bay will be notified of non-payment.
RETURNS Are accepted if the item is not as described in the listing. If you feel the item does not meet the standards as outlined in the listing, please contact us in a nice, professional manner and describe your complaint. We will refund the full price for the return. Items damaged as a result of shipping parcel post or priority mail and insurance was NOT purchased, cannot be refunded. If you purchased insurance, we will refund the full price for the return. Items shipped within the US that do not arrive will not be refunded if shipping insurance was not purchased. Every item shipped inside the US has a delivery confirmation number as proof of shipment.
